Return & Exchange Policy
Our 12-hour return policy allows returns or exchanges within 12 hours of receiving the product. To initiate it, email us at wanderingwhites2013@gmail.com with your reason for the return.

Return Eligibility  
- Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags, and have proof of purchase.
- Upon acceptance, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorisation won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Check your order upon receipt and contact us within 12 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it.

Refunds  
We’ll notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t receive it within 15 business days, please contact us at wanderingwhites2013@gmail.com.
